As they reach their destination, Sensei knows what's going to happen soon and wonders if the others have realized it already. He also wonders if he will end up becoming like Maya soon and if he should've followed the new one when she was willing to listen.
Now at the school gate, Sensei gets a call from Ami, but due to current circumstances, he ignores her and instead follows Nao-chan to the soccer field. Once he arrives, he sees that Nao only intended to show him her mug collection, but as he gets annoyed, he's hit by a feeling of deja vu, and before long, he finds himself in front of a familiar doll house. Seeing that Nao wants him to enter it, he goes inside, and while a voice tries to warn him, he already accepts whatever is going to happen, and he gets connected with Terminal 22.
After a while, he finds himself near an unfamiliar lake and in front of an unknown girl with long, red hair tied to pigtails. The girl, thinking she's talking to Yuu, her boyfriend, wants to know what he thinks about the name Sekai, until she realizes she's talking to Sensei and warns him to not get closer unless he wants to get hurt. He tries to calm her down, but his explanation on how he got here convinces her he's on drugs.
Getting back to her initial question, Sensei wants to know why she was talking about the name Sekai, feeling that it might be connected to the Sekai he knows, but the girl doubts that the girl he knows is related to the girl she was talking about, because the girl referred to the baby she's pregnant with and considers giving her daughter that name. Sensei tries to convince her to not name her Sekai, but the girl assumes he's another adult trying to talk her out of her pregnancy, which only encourages her to give birth to her child and raise her as Sekai.
Sensei wants to know if the girl knows someone named Saki, and her response reveals she does, as Saki is a former rival of hers, who seemingly hasn't gotten over Yuu, and while she didn't intend to take any steps against her, she is reevaluating her decision since she thinks Saki wants to threaten her. Sensei assumes it might be another case of knowing someone with a similar name, and the girl hopes it is, because she will press charges against them if it isn't, and tells Sensei to leave or have him arrested for trespassing on private property. Before he goes, he wants to know the girl's name, which she doesn't intend to give him, but her boyfriend appears and calls out to her, revealing that her name is Miu.
With this, Sensei is back in his world, with only faint memories of his stay at the lake. Nao, who now has her notebook to communicate with him, wants to know if he found what he was seeking, but he didn't and, instead, wants answers from her, since he feels she's connected to all of this and caused his "blackout", but Nao claims he didn't "black out" and she only "sent him home". She then states she wants him to be happy, but he doesn't believe her and wants to go back to the party.
However, Nao claims Kaori can help him, who' currently on the rooftop, which he expected. He already knows that it isn't Kaori who waits for him there, but the ghost who possessed her and causes him to have mixed feelings about her existence.
