Sensei
Yumi' relation with sensei seems to be troubled. She tells that Sensei used to track her down in the arcades and that she was constantly in detention. Sensei's subtle change in behavior, however, seems to bother Yumi, who's one of the first girls to notice that something is wrong with him. She also considers Sensei to be a person of very low morale due to his relationship with the other students, referring to him as "a fucking creep who spends too much time around teenage girls".
Chika
Chika is Yumi's best and only real friend. She seems to be the only one who can calm Yumi down or get her to cooperate. Yumi seems to genuinely care for Chika and doesn't want her getting used by Sensei. They share a mutual bond in taking care of Chinami Chosokabe.
Chinami
According to Chika Chinami is the only one to know "the real Yumi", as she's the only one that Yumi lets her guard down around. She takes care of Chikas little sister together with Chika, however she has evidently missed out on babysitting several times in the past despite promising to do it while Chika is working.
Futaba
Yumi doesn't hold Futaba in high regard. She's bullying her very often and on several occasions, primarily making fun of her excess weight in very colorful descriptions. Yumi bullies Futaba because she doesn't like that she refuses to defend herself.
Yuki
Despite being Yumi's mother, their relationship is notably stained. Yuki left Yumi and her father when she was young, and apparently was addicted to drugs. Yumi was not aware about her living in Kumon-Mi until accidentally meeting her at the Tojo Ramen. Yuki is 5'9" (175cm) and her birthday is April 20th
Yumi's Father
It is mentioned that her father has high expectations which she can not meet. She seems to dislike him, bordering on hatred.
