Synopsis

Ami is at the Maid Cafe, apologizing for being away for so long and threatening the class. Chika is not thrilled by her apology, musing at how they should have replaced her. Uta and Osako are both fine with Ami coming back, but they need to work on a new customer type for Ami now that her twin-tails are gone (and Uta already worked that demographic at a more successful rate). Uta brings Ami away from the others under the pretence of explaining what changed at the café while she was gone. However, once they are alone Uta confronts Ami about Uta's picture on Sensei's phone.

Ami tries to avoid the conversation but Uta insists. Uta asks Ami what kind of girl Ami thinks she is. After not getting a real answer, Uta explains why she sent those pictures, how they made her feel wanted and pretty, and how harassment she experience is what pushed her to move to Kumon-Mi.

Uta asks Ami if they can still be friends, even if pictures alone end up not being enough for Sensei, one day. Ami answers that she has known of Sensei's preferences for some time and how she wanted him to desire her. Ami moves closer to Uta, placing a hand on her, and saying how she always found Uta perfect.

Uta gets nervous and denies what Ami is saying, telling her she isn't even close to perfect. Ami asks if she can touch Uta, and moves in seemingly for a kiss. Uta gets away from Ami and, in a flustered state, tells Chika she and Ami almost kissed. Osako tells the two of them to focus on work.
