Synopsis
The narrator pulls the scene outside, asking the player to forget the previous scene, and focus on the girls in front of us. The group outside wonders how much longer they’ll need to wait before they can head home. As they sit around, Otoha takes a moment to ask why everyone in class seems to be obsessed with Sensei. Imani and Touka seem confused about why it matters, questioning if Otoha has any feelings for Sensei herself. Otoha drops the topic entirely as they try to pry further.
The contestants step out of the church, seeming worse for wear. Rin announces that she ended up losing to Yasu after being unable to provide solid answers to the ‘hard’ questions. Yasu and Sana both try to reassure her, but she dismisses them and continues to wallow in her self-deprecation. Otoha’s attempts to comfort Rin fail miserably and the two begin to fight about the fact Rin cares so deeply about the contest.
The contestants step outside, all seeming worse for wear. Rin announces her loss, having fallen into a losing streak as the questions got harder. Yasu and Sana both try to reassure her, but she dismisses them without a second thought. Otoha steps up, trying to do the same, but ends up offending Rin by calling the contest 'stupid'. A fight breaks out between them, with Rin feeling Otoha always tries to belittle her other connections, and Otoha arguing that Rin's emotional instability makes it hard to trust her. Otoha leaves in a fury, and the group makes their way back to the bar in silence.
While all this is happening, Osako and Wakana get ready to make their way to the bar, but not before spending more alone time together.
