After an unknown narrator ruminates about the past, Sensei shows Maya his new apartment while still treating her like a stranger.
Meanwhile, the final contest of the Dorm Wars is revealed to be a simple round of beer pong between Imani and Wakana. After several comments from the audience, Imani throws first and manages to sink the ball in a cup, something she has never managed to achieve on her first attempt. Wakana asks for Makoto's assistance with getting the ball out of the cup due to her condition, and while Imani tries to get her disqualified for this, Rika, who acts as the referee, allows this.
As the game continues, Ayane and Sana celebrate their victory in their contest. Sana can't help but think about what they learned about Io during the last game and wonders how accurate Nodoka was with her assumption. While Ayane hopes that Nodoka is wrong about this, she thinks it's accurate due to how well Nodoka knew everything about Io and how well it would explain Io's behavior towards other girls, yet she doesn't want to think too much about this due to how personal and sensitive Io's trauma is. It also makes them question if Yumibeating her up might've been more justified after they witnessed how cruel and careless Nodoka can be towards others, though Sana doesn't feel like Yumi would tell them despite her becoming more social.
Ayane points out that Sana is also starting to become more social and uses the moment to ask her how she feels about other girls, with Sana admitting that she's bisexual. Hearing this, Ayane wonders if she has a crush on one of their classmates, thinking Rin makes the most sense, only for Sana to confess that she has feelings for Sensei. While she apologizes and blames herself for letting it happen, Ayane tells her that she already knew about this for a while and assures her that it won't change anything between them as basically everyone else in their class feels the same way. Furthermore, she congratulates Sana on her personal growth and encourages her to follow her feelings.
Back to the game, both contestants only have one cup left and it's Wakana's turn. She misses, allowing Imani to get the win for the second floor.
