"My Indigo (The Blue Death)" is an Event for Io Ichimonji.

Io Affection
This Event takes place in the following locations:
Sensei is thinking about a poem named "My Indigo" and notices that he should clean himself, wanting to do so in the bathhouse. When he arrives there, Io seems surprised to see him and apologizes that the bathhouse has closed early for the night. Her mood is visibly different and Sensei picks up on this, asking if something is wrong and if she's mad at him. She says she should be a lot of things but her brain doesn't allow that to happen.
When Sensei presses the issue, Io explains she doesn't want to talk because then they'll have to talk about uncomfortable topics both know about each other, in her case it might be the pictures of her friend he keeps on his phone, and for him it's the thing he might have heard regarding her past. However, he tells her that no one but Uta talks about her, and since he hasn't met her recently, he heard no rumors about her.
He then tries to talk about the thing she supposedly knows about him, but Io, who acts like her usual self again, refuses, not wanting to make herself miserable again, and suggests they return their relationship to the state from before she broke into his house. He reminds her that he can't and assumes she will get tired of him quickly because of it, and Io suggests both make a mutual bet on their lives that the other will give up on them first. With their pact made, Io recommends they go get food to celebrate their reunion.
At a fast food joint, Sensei mentions the camping trip he recently went on. Io is upset that she wasn't brought along, but when it is mentioned he went with older women and Ami, she immediately responds with disgust. The two talk about how life living in the woods would go and the freedom it could bring, but agree it's not feasible.
Io and Sensei notice a family passing by: A pregnant mother, a father, and a little girl. Upon seeing and listening to them, Io becomes upset. Sensei notices this and tries to talk to her about it, but she deflects his questions and asks if they could leave. Realizing she's genuinely feeling unwell and is trying her best to keep her composure, he obliges.
