Synopsis

Having escaped his room, Sensei makes his way outside and is greeted by a choir of Angels, all congratulating him for surviving the winter. Ami soon joins them, and accompanies Sensei as he starts to make his way to school. Along the way, Ami introduces her Maya doll, dubbed 'Maya 2', to Sensei.

Stepping into school, Ami tells Sensei that he's ahead of schedule, and that the three of them spend the time together on 'egg time'. While they egg, Ami attempts to recite her poem to Sensei but is interrupted by the school's PA system turning on. This is revealed to be Ayane, using the system as an attempt to get Sensei to find her.

Having been woken up, Sensei leaves Ami and Maya 2 behind, and makes his way to the school's staff room. Upon arriving, Ayane, in tears, is excited to see him, and asks him what's going on. He calmly informs her that it's 'the end of the world', and that soon everyone and everything will return but that they first need to make their way to the roof and find Maya.

As they ascend the staircase, Ayane comes to realize that Sensei's memories of their past are truly gone, but he reassures her that they won't lose any more as long as she follows him.
