Synopsis
Sensei and Ayane make their way down the road, thinking about where they should begin their search for Maya. As Sensei thinks over his disdain for the concept of 'God', he suddenly gets the idea to check Maya's boxes for a hint to her location. They make their way to Maya's dorm room to begin their search.
As they step into the room, Sensei immediately spots Maya sleeping in her bed. He tries to tell Ayane that she's right in front of them, but Ayane is unable to see her at all. He slowly makes his way over to her, getting ready to shake her awake, before briefly blacking out.
Maya wakes up in a bathroom, significantly younger than before. She quickly makes her way back to Sensei's tutoring room, finding a younger Noriko sitting on a bed with Sensei. Being confronted with the past, she starts to break down, angrily questioning the two of them on why she's suddenly 'back here'.
