Touka and her mother meet Sensei in his office. Touka is no more satisfied with Sensei's teaching than she was before, but her mother still believes that Touka would benefit from more exposure to ordinary people. Sensei tells Touka that being in his class gives her the "opportunity to be a normal girl" for once, which she may find liberating. Touka begins to warm to the idea, and is is interested when the subject of moving into the dorms is raised. In the end, Touka agrees to stay at the school.
