Io and Sensei return to Io's room at the Bathhouse. Io comments on how he hasn't been up there since passing out in the bath, which leads to a small discussion on the night Io and Uta broke into his house. After a lighthearted conversation about taking Io to the amusement park, things take a dark turn after family and Io's Aunt gets brought up.
Sensei believes in the power of family and parents, comparing Io's Aunt to a mother like how he has become a father to Ami. Io becomes disgusted at this, and unleashes a tirade about how families suck. She explains how hers failed and abused her for years before ultimately giving up and telling Sensei he can have his way with her.
Sekai appears at Sensei's side, goading him into taking Io's offer. Sekai doesn't force it though, and says it must be his choice to take Io.
