Sensei spars with Osako at the dojo. Ayane is absent, but Sensei tries to continue her tradition of karate roleplay anyway. Since he doesn't actually know how to fight, he is quickly defeated, despite Osako trying to give him tips. Afterwards, Sensei asks why Osako chooses to teach beginners. She says that she had bigger plans, but points out that there are limited opportunities with the city closed off.
