Synopsis
"Waking up", Sensei finds that he and Yumi have made their way to Kumon-mi High in the midst of his "blackout", having been looking for "some box". Finding out she knows nothing more than that, he tries to send her back home. She’s reluctant to do so, and even more reluctant to admit that she’s worried about him, covering it up by saying they need to finish their conversation.
The two take a seat in the cafeteria, grabbing some food from the school’s storage to eat while they talk. After informing her that both Maya and Ayane are also aware of the time loops, he bluntly tells her the world is going to end soon. She starts to panic, but he reassures her that the world will start anew, though from an earlier place in time.
Slowly coming around, Yumi asks what she’d even tell Chika if she went along with the sleepover idea, with Sensei saying she doesn’t even need to know - In fact, she might not remember the sleepover at all, since which memories are transferred between resets is inconsistent. Yumi finds it extremely unfair how a memory like that might disappear, but her bad memories with Sensei get to stay. Feeling he’s failed at convincing her, Sensei starts to back off, but Yumi agrees at the last second. They leave, but find the exit blocked by a box and a stuffed rabbit. Sensei goes to move it.
Sensei suddenly ends up back home and falls asleep.
